I feel exactly as you do, mine is kept in the garage and I just love going in there to look at her. Spend a lot of time keeping her looking like new. Only had for 10 months and less than 1000 miles but already hands down the best car I ever owned. Sometimes feel guilty about not driving her more often but I want to maintain that newness (a little contradictory for a car soon to be 8 years old!). Anyway, the XK is a special breed and the endorphins kick in everytime I drive her, seriously thinking of getting a matching coupe for more frequent driving.

Hi Kevin, I saw your Jag photo and it is very nice, a lot like mine. I have an 2002 XK convertible which I purchased in Las Vegas last year. Mine is royal blue/ivory and has about 17,000 original miles, don't use that much, only on really nice days, it has never been in the rain. My car is like showroom new and still turns heads when I'm out with it. I drive a 2007 S-Type 4.2L for everyday use. Best of luck to you with your car, you made a great choice in getting an XK, in my opinion they are the best cars on the road. Many years of happy driving, treat her well!!
