New to Jaguar Forum
Have just bought a x-type sport diesel.
Did in my youth have a V8 Daimler and Mark II jags and did my own maintenance, not so agile now so use garages instead.
New Jag a bit confusing for example the "on board computer" isn't on board, assume my model didn't have on fitted as the "Trip" switch is there but only resets the mileage trip meter, no mpg stats etc.
Also the rear proximity sensors don't seem to work, needs looking into!
Will also need to find a way to "repair" some of the interior where there are marks (look like burn marks!
Still looking forward to many years of enjoyable Jaguar driving

The Detailing / Car care section Detailing / Car care - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum could have some information on the interior repairs.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
