My latest Resto/Mod "Guenhwyvar"
My latest resto/mod "Guenhwyvar." She is a 2005 Jaguar X350 Super V8 with 90k+ miles. I named her after the fictional black panther from the Dark Elf Trilogy and companion to Drow Elf, Drizzt Do'Urden. I did not change much to the exterior, other than darken the turn signals, limo tent the windows, and replace the peeling 19" chrome "custom" rims with new 20" TSW Silverstone rims (Which I assume are named after famous the British racetrack.) I know, I get that you brits are purists... But I feel this mod is tasteful and understated. I appreciate Jaguars as not only automobiles but, as beautiful, classic works of art. Being of partial Cherokee decent, I see the mods as "war paint" that braves of old used to adorn their horses before battle. Showing off the chrome and ebony contrasts, I found my "Super 8" really turns heads among many types of people, regardless of race and age. What do you think? But be nice. A feature I make on my modified cars is, everything can be returned to its stock condition, without too much effort.
