I was having the same problem - I could find the left fender baffle, but not the right one. After much research and careful study, I figured out that the left baffle and right baffle were mirror images of one another. I ordered a spare left baffle, cut the diagonal section off, and duct taped it on the other way around. RTV might work better, but I don't think my cuts were clean enough. Take a look at this:
