Default Series 3 XJ6 VDP Mirror Harness

I am looking for the short harness specific to the VDP models that goes in-between the drivers outside mirror and the switches located on the door card armrest. I converted my standard XJ6 to a VDP model. The switches are located lower on the arm rest in the VDP model as opposed to up on top of the door card in the standard XJ6.
Also, does anybody know how this harness is to be run inside the door panel?
I don't see much if any room for running the harness in question.
Thanks.

Or perhaps there is no harness in between the mirror and the switches.
Maybe I just need the different joystick switches used on the VDP models only.
Part number DAC2648 for the VDP switches. I would need two.
Thanks.

I looked at 4 switches that I have p/n DAC2648 and they are all identical, not a longer harness. They all have male plugs, the mirrors have female plugs.

just fabricate a suitable extension harness, find wires of the same gage and same color insulation, and the pins and plugs you can get at Radio Shack. The wires you can get from an old TV set.
