Hello my fellow Jaguar owners. Would you happen to know of a good place to get a replacement ballast?

The dealership just told me they cost $700 to replace 1 driver's side ballast.

I would like to believe there's somewhere out there where I can get it cheaper.

 

Yes. Try Ebay. You don't need a STR just any S Type with the HIDS.

I bought one, and keeping it as a spare.....You might want to check your bulb first.....buy try ebay.....and the ballast is used in many other vehicles from the Benz, BMW, Audi, Saab, Ford Focus SVT, and Chysler Pasifica!!! Ebay it up!
