I am real newbie to jag world, so I wonder: How different or same s-types are? I will be specific, I am looking for second hand left headlight, are they the same, or do I have to buy some specific year?

Well for the most part things interchange. We have the JEPC free on this forum and it's the Jaguar parts manual.

But for the head lights there are different kinds so you need to know if you have HID's or Halogen and of course be careful you don't buy a light from someone in a county that drives on the other side of the road than you do!
