New to the thread!
Has anyone ever done the heads on a 2003 jaguar s type r? Debating if it's above my level or not. I'm getting a bunch of oil when I looked into the spark plug holes. Also debating on while I have it off what I should replace just in case other than the belts and stuff like that. 160k miles by the way.
thank you!

you are talking about cam / valve covers not heads .
there is a big difference !
cam cover gasket replacement is an easy enough task .
nothing inside should need doing bar spark plugs .

+1 on cam cover gaskets and spark plug boss seals being the reason for the oil leak(s).
Make sure you thoroughly clean each spark plug well and coil unit if oil is present to prevent misfires.
