Radiator Fan Running after DDCV and Thermostat Change
Gents,
Could really use some advise on my '02 3.0- The DCCV was changed and while the coolant was drained I replace the thermostat with a 192 degree (supposedly factory temp) unit and new Dexcool. After the above changes the radiator fan would come on when it was cold outside and stay on after the ignition was off.
I just changed to a 180 degree thermostat and the same thing is happening with the radiator fan and no noticeable drop on the temperature gauge on the dash, would the CHT switch be the culprit? I don't have any excessive temperatures or swing in temps being shown but at a loss...
Help and thanks in advance!
