Someone can help me?

Welcome to the forum. That ECU is very hard to find used. In the US we usually have the ECU rebuilt by companies like ASI, link below. If they are able to repair it dealer software is not required when replaced. Hopefully, the same service is available in England or on the continent.

Any chance you need an "AC" and not an "HC"? I don't see an HC as an option in my parts catalog, and those letters are easily confused on an old dusty dataplate.

Andrea, beautiful car. Hope you are successful in securing the ECM or rebuild. Seems the repair service should be able to do international shipping if nothing exists locally in Europe.
