Default Best way to remove chargecooler connectors?

I'm sure I've removed these before, but now I need to again and I'm worried about breaking them.

Anyone got any tips? I'm assuming I have to do something with the tabs with ridges on them, but I can only get at one on each connector (the other being on the underside).

Any help appreciated!

So this may not be the best way but I got all four connectors removed with the aid of a small and a large flat-blade screwdriver. Use the small one to push the visible tab down and then the large one to pry the connector away from the chargecooler. Then move the large screwdriver to the bottom of the connector and pry the bottom of it. With enough persuasion, it'll come off, hopefully with no damage to the connectors.

OUCH! all you need to do is press the ridged area down with your thumb, push the connector in slightly then pull the connector off. To reinstall just press on until you feel them click.

If they have been on there a while, they may be hard to get off by hand. You'd be surprised how much it helps to squirt a little penetrating fluid inside the connection to break them free without extra force.

Put a little automotive grease on the nipples before you reinstall the lines and next time they will come off easy.
