How many XE's have you seen on the road?
I had a chance to drive the XE, F-Pace and the F-Type at the Performance Tour in Toronto a couple of weeks ago. The XE handled extremely well on their timed auto cross course which featured randomized course points. It scored you on distance (less is better), overall time, and accuracy between the checkpoints (closer to centre better). My wife had a better score because she covered less distance and was more accurate between the checkpoints but slower. I got through a lot quicker but I was swinging it around and just concentrating on getting through the checkpoints. Turns out this is typical for us knuckle dragging guys and I wasn't the only one with a very smug looking wife at the end of it. Lol!
Loved driving the F-Type and the F-Pace on closed circuits as fast as you could. Great handling through the turns and pressing it to the limit was a blast. While we were there someone got a little too enthusiastic and the Jag rep in the car had to intervene. Apparently they do get a few accidents at these events but most folks don't go overboard.
Never thought I would ever get an SUV but the F-Pace handled really well in the twisties. it may be the eventual replacement to my E class wagon, but not until I run her into the ground first. Lol.

I've still seen only one in NYC. There's an XF which parks in the same garage where I keep my XE, and I've seen two XJR's in my Brooklyn neighborhood... but no XE's. Makes me wonder whether Jaguar is underselling the XE, putting too much emphasis on the F-Pace and too little on the XE.

I think it may be because of very limited initial supply (too few being built in Solihull) + end of summer shutdown. The move to Castle Bromwich should increase supply shortly.
A friend of mine (in the same Jaguar club as me) in New Hampshire just bought a new Caesium Blue XF.
Haven't see it yet, but will report back on it when I do.

In Watertown or Waltham on the 28th. It was not an R Sport; so was it you?
Nope looks like it was someone else. I have not been to Watertown/Waltham area on 28th. As of now, I've only seen two 4 XE's in Boston. 2 of them were base 25Ts, one was Premium 35t (Blue) and one was White 35T R-Sport.
