In a weird way I like the red one. I would like to see the area under the grill to be blacked out similar to the green one but as for the side air ducts I'm OK with them. Once again you need to remember I bought a Daimler SP250 because I thought it looked cool.

Default MMM the red too

The red is stellar, And I'm biased but the front end and side "scoops" make it...

hmmm, I actually thought it looked better on the R-S than the "cheek pouches" on my '10 XKR but horses for courses I suppose. Subtlety was never my strong suit.

Yeah, never liked the squirrel pouches, but they tend to be less visible when you have the Black Pack on a Stratus Grey car:

Aw, hellz, I forgot all about this.
Yep, I'm supposed to do a side-by-side street-dyno with Mandrake soon, and I'll have him do the Cruise-stop along with the pipe measurements.
Hopefully Thursday-Saturday. Depends on him also though.

I agree! Checked into a couple cars there over the years. They all turned out problematic. Obviously mistreated or accident record. I would never buy a Jaguar from them.

I'm considering purchasing something a bit newer. I've always enjoyed having a vehicle that's not all that common, it adds to the appeal of ownership. Additionally, it's still something that I can work on and maintain.

For those who own one of these beauties...let me know what you think?

What track are you at? Yours appears to be identical to mine, although I've got the gloss black wheels.

I'm in Hood River, Oregon, east of Portland. I have to keep the car mostly parked in the winter here, but the dry season is close! I hope to do one or more track days at Portland International Raceway or Oregon Raceway Park this year, I'll have to see how much time I have. Also could use a set of PS4s first.

Yep, I only have 7544 miles on the original equipment Pirellis, but have the Michelin PS4s on my upgrade list. I may just do it before long as I have heard the Michelins are outstanding. Have fun out there with the Big Cat.

Driving an XKR convertible to Costco? What in the world can you get at Costco that will actually fit in the trunk? After the gallon jug of mustard and the twelve-pack of Claussen pickles, I'm pretty much out of space.

You just have to be creative and think "Tiny House".

I have gone to Costco numerous times in my XKR vert. With creative stowing in the boot and using the front passenger side seat and foot well it is amazing what you can get in an XKR vert including toilet paper and paper towels.

Listen to us-- we're all the joke of the Costco parking lot...
