Great post Graham. I wish some of the junior members that start 2 or more help threads would be required to follow this. I am not a griper really, but i have seen more and more people come to the forum for desperate help and bypass the intro knowing full well it is customary. Sometimes even after being asked nicely it never happens. Oh well. I will still help if i think i can make a difference no matter what
