I have an XJL with a gorgeous cashew interior and I want an XJL-R but he R has a more sport black interior with red seats and red stitching.
I want the XJL-R with the cashew interior and will sell my XJL V8 with the R interior. How hard is the swap to do including dash and center console and carpet (will not mess with the headliner).

 

Do you mean XJR or XJ-R sport? JLR kind of confusingly called them almost the same name. Much different cars.
But either way it's a big job. Can you DIY the swap?
