I have seen this body side trim on several XJS's but I don't know who made it...
I don't know if this came from Jaguar or an aftermarket supplier. It is about 3/4" wide and very high quality. I believe it is chrome plated aluminum or some other solid metal. The rubber insert came in different colors.
Anyone know who made or currently makes this? I would like to buy new if I can find it.

I have this trim on my car, and I've always liked it. It's the subtle details that finish out the car. It was just stuck on with 3M tape (or something simlar) at the dealer and has started to come off after 27 years. I actually removed it on the passenger side because I didn't want it to fall off, and plan to put it back on in a couple years after the repaint.
Who made this trim?
