Default The Cat is Back!

As the title says my Jag is now back on the road and running like new after waiting 7 months to get a new catalytic converter. I searched everywhere and eventually Magnaflow in the US got one made and sent it over. I spent 7 hrs in the workshop at the weekend removing the old one and fitting the new one.
I started a post back in Oct last year about my fuel trims being all wrong on the front bank, eventually after eliminating everything else I looked inside the catalyser with a boroscope and it looked like the remains of Chernobyl in there! totally melted and therefore strangling that bank and giving O2 readings which made the ECU cut the fuel on 1,3,5 causing misfires.
Well now shes running great with lots of smooth acceleration, so if anyone is getting misfire codes on just one bank and they have done all the coils, plugs, O rings etc then pull out the lower O2 sensor and look inside the catalyser to see if the matrix has collapsed.
