In Control Pro Map Update Downloader Issue

Ever since I renewed the subscription to UK and Europe Maps in January, the downloader Tool required to update the Maps does not move to let me download the update. Anyone else have this issue. Jag Customer Service won’t answer

It is probably down to Brexit.
Or COVID.
Or the French.

Can't help I'm afraid but good luck anyway.

I know there was an update to the downloader tool - do you get a message similar to the one below?
