Tampa, FL Area Jag Repairs
I know we have a Jaguar dealer in the Tampa, FL area but wondering if anyone knows of a shop that does quality work and not at dealer prices.
I recently got the dreaded PO455 code and not sure I want to attack the problem. Evaporative Emisson System Leak - Large!

Try Tampa Autosports on Osborne.
Haven't used an indie at all as I have preferred Crowne Jaguar in St Pete where I bought my car. If I schedule in advance I get a free loaner. I have also had good luck with Tampa Jaguar on Fletcher using their shuttle service.
My first couple of years were under warranty/CPO, fortunately I have only had a couple of minor instances where I had to pay out of pocket and both were reasonable cost for dealers.

Any recommendations for a Tampa or Orlando area shop to replace the torque converter that is starting to make a little noise on light acceleration in 5th, overdrive on a 1997 xk8 ?
Thanks

As this thread began in the wrong Model forum and the latest question is again not about an X150, I've moved it from X150 to to US Lower Atlantic Region forum which is where it should have been posted originally.

I've had my 2002 XJR100 serviced at European Autohouse on Bearss Ave. For the last 4 years for replacing my computer active shocks, supercharger vacuum leaks and other issues. They have an excellent Jaguar mechanic there. I've been going there ever since I paid over $1,900 to a dealer to replace my "twin" fuel pumps. I've had good luck with them so far.
