I've been waiting for an event closer to home, thank you. I believe I will make a point to be there. I'm looking forward to meeting the group who have given me so much advice on the topic of my S-Type.

I am really excited!
It would be awesome to have Jaguar of Troy at this event with the F-type demo and a table with accessories, unfortunately the parks rules do not allow us to sell anything but donations are okay so I am not sure if you will still want to have the accessories there' but I know that where ever Jaguars are they always draw a crowd, and the F-type is a real crowd puller.
I am more than willing to stop by Jaguar of Troy to meet with you and your service director to talk about this event just PM me your contact information.

I can also see if I can get the Jaguarforums banner sent to you in time for this as well. This can then be signed by all in attendance along with some pics will be interesting.
I can also see if I can get some of the Jaguarforums decals sent out to you for any forum members that appear on the day.

All of the above + RSR Racing's contribution + Jaguar of Troy c/w F type would make this an awesome event.

 

Runnerpaul - I have asked SARC to ship the banner out to you as soon as he's finished with it for his meet.

I've also asked IB to ship out some forum decals for you to your home address.

If you're working closely with RSR Racing & Jaguar Troy, this coulc turn out to be one of the best events to date.

We can keep bumping this thread to get better views and more attendees hopefully.

SO this AM I am on my way to work .... took the time to drive Woodward early... was thinking .. WHY does Jag not do anyting ??? Next year we should try and get a group of owners to Tour !!!!

I am kind of wondering what to expect from one of these events, as this will be my first one. Is there anything i should bring, or preparations that i should make? (Other than making sure the Jag is shiny of course)

You need to bring a whole set of cleaning supply like bucket for water, soap, towels etc so my car can be clean.

Just kidding.

On the serious note probably just bring some liquid so you can rehydrate yourself bacause all the talking we all gonna have, maybe some lawn chair to sit, a sunglass to keep the sun out from your eyes, some snacks to keep the stomach happy etc. Keep the phone charged so you can take pictures kinda stuff. Nothing really needed but mostly just personal consignment stuff like you are going to a game.
