Fall is approaching, and I'm excited for our upcoming scenic GT cruise through..*drums rolling*.. the Kittatinny Mountains!

Fun Fact: Kittatinny Mountains has the highest point in NJ. The Old Mine Road we will be riding on for a few miles is over 250 years old!

Day/Date: Sunday October 22nd, 2023 (Rain Date October 29th)
Meet Time: 10:00 am
Departure from Meet Place: 10:25 am
Start Place: Budd Lake, NJ
(Dunkin @ Village Green Shopping Center, 100 US-46, Budd Lake, NJ 07828)

End Place: Same location as Start; allows us to take a break and stretch our legs before we head back home

Drive Time/Miles: without stops 3.25hrs / 120miles. With stops, it will likely be a 4.5-5.0-hour trip.

Stops: 2-4 stops, which includes a stop for lunch.

Lunch: YiaYia’s Greek Kitchen

Please note:

• Fill up your tank before meeting us at Dunkin; we won’t find any gas station by the mountain
• There may be tolls and parking fees
• At the beginning of the journey by the mountain road, it may be uneven or contain potholes, so we will travel slowly at 15-25mph. However, the difficulties will be worth it once we overcome this initial obstacle.
