FWIW, I have had nothing but good experiences with Jaguar Exeter (NH).

Please don't take this as a sleight as its not meant that way, but sometimes ( even though it shouldn't ) it comes down to personalities and the liaison between the customer and the service rep.

As stated before many times, these guys can and do on occasion hold your life in their hands, if even for a short time.

Personally, I make it my business to get to know them, befriend them, even a bottle of wine or a case of beer at Christmas and here n there.......Trust me when I say a few ££ very well spent.

Albeit not with a Jag dealer but previously with Ford, Saab and recently Audi I've had nothing but good service / support and many ££££ of parts replaced as necessary under warranty where others haven't
