Default Recommended dealers / Indys US Western

Hi guys, just a quick thought here on this, something we have running in the UK section.
How about anyone with any experiences about a dealership / Indy making recommendations here?

We can then see at a glance any dealers / Indy's as recommended by forum users for good service, pricing, timely repairs etc etc.
Please feel free to add below by making a post about your experience and then add details of the dealership, names, tel numbers etc and also who is making the recommendation.

Something like this or similar....

Default British Performance

Since the first car back in 2000 have taken all my cars to Darren and Jeff at
British Performance in Mission Viejo.
They've told me when to get something done and they've told me when
something
dose'nt need to be done.
Having a cordial relationship over the years has been a big help.
Tell them JR sent you from this forum.

Do not go to Rusnak Jaguar Pasadena. All they care about is upselling you on everything. Tried to tell me I need new tires when they still have at least 10,000 miles left on them. Also tried to charge me $75 for WINDSHIELD WIPERS.

I have taken Bagheera to Jaguar of Salt Lake a couple of times and so far I have been impressed. The second visit the tech spent and hour trying to diagnose some suspension issues that were occurring. They where not able to find anything wrong and there were not any charges.

Bagheera has a leaking pinion seal, so I’ll be making a visit soon.

Default British Performance Sold. SoCal/OC

Friday October 4, 2024 was the last day for one of the few Orange County independent Jaguar repair shops. British Performance stopped operating today because the owners, Darren and Julie Nichols retired. As a customer for 25 years I am saddened but am also grateful for the years of great service and great relationships. It felt like a death in the family. As an owner of 11 Jaguars over the years and a current owner of 7 I was a bit distressed. I would often drop off one while I picked up another. I was treated fairly which allowed me to continue my habit of buying Jaguars. Eventually I was treated as a friend. Not just by the owners but also by the staff. A shout out to the people who took care of me through the years. Thanks to Jeff, Graig, Sandra, Edis and especially to Miguel! Miguel made my addiction manageable even when he had health problems. I would walk in and say “guess what, I just bought another one!” For those of you in my shoes there is some good news.
Miguel is going to keep working on our cars. Keep the man busy. Hit him up at +1 (949) 326-3468 Again thank you all for a great 25 years!
