Just wondering if that would work or even be a good idea.

I have been wanting one for a long time and my new X type is the perfect excuse!

Best T/C changing system that has been mentioned many times on this forum is by "WildBill" (search the forum for him and PM him). The kit comes with a pump and all the fittings you need. It was less than $100 and it was very easy to use. The theory is to drain the T/C and refill it thru the drain plug via a one-way valve/fitting.

A little more time consuming, Take the plug out, Jack the right side of the car up to 20 inches at the door sill. Give it time to drain. Let that side down, move the jack to the other side. Yep same 20 inches at the door sill. Pour into the drain / fill hole until it begins to ooze out. replace the plug let the car down and you are good to go.

I have. Worked ok for me. I still jacked the car up on each side. Only issue was the hose doesn't go in all that far. Worked better to fill.

I already contacted him about it and may get it from him. But if I can buy something that will work and could be used on many other applications that would make more sense.
