Default New floor mats for passing MOT

As a reward for passing MOT my x-type will get a new set of floor mats...

Has anyone had any experience with the various aftermarket custom floor mat manufacturers in the UK?

I've used Unique Car Mats (UK) Ltd in Skegness for both premium mats on my X308 and XK8 and rubber mats on my XK.

Good fit and finish with the mid price range equivalent to original.

It's four years since I sourced any and there's a huge number of aftermarket suppliers in the UK so other members with more recent experience may have found better.

Here in Australia I went to my local carpet-store. They have an overlocker sawing machine. I brought them a sample of the original floormats and they made two new frt. mads for AU$20 for me. That was for my S-Type - but that really does not matter here... They look great. I added those riveted-on big metal holes myself (to fix the mats in their location).

Thanks @GGG , @Peter_of_Australia ,

Will check out Carmats4u.

I definitely want / need the heel pad added - https://carmats.co.uk/ <- these guys have some nice options, including rubber heel pads.

When I had my first XJ6 in the 1970's, we had two trim shops in Newcastle-upon-Tyne (North East England) who could supply, cut and edge bind carpet to pattern and do a fantastic job of replacing worn panels in leather seats. Those days of local specialist trades skilled and willing to do small jobs are sadly long gone in England.

Pretty happy with these from carmats-uk.com... lots of config options, but end result looks smart. Excuse the mud... life in the countryside gets messy.
