Hey guys I recently purchased an 06 xtype with 96k on it a couple months ago in Houston and after the 1st of 3 or 4 deep freezes the car started running/idle rough when 1st starting it but she would catch up and run fine. but after about a week of this the engine light finally came on and my codes are follows: p0300 p0301 p0303 p0305 p1313 p1316 p1111


I am curious if these codes point to a specific problem or is telling me there are multiple things wrong? ive done a little research on this sight and am prepared to change some coils and or spark plugs since I really don't know what has been done at what stages of this cars life, just hoping its nothing major already!
