Hi, My grandfather has a 2016 Jaguar XE, and the infotainment display is completely corrupted. I can’t change any settings or use any functions. I searched online for ways to perform a hard reset and tried everything, but nothing worked. I also called customer support, and they told me the system is outdated and needs to be updated, which would require a payment. I told them I’m a developer, and that it’s impossible for the system to behave the way it does in the video just because it’s outdated. Any idea how to make it works normally again?. Basically it doesn’t show any text except the one from the radio.

Disconnecting the battery for at least 30 seconds will reboot it.
