Default 09 C-section supercharged coolant leak

So Im on a trip from Louisiana to Philadelphia.
1200 something miles / 18hrs driving

I've developed a small coolant leak near it's hose clamp and I'm unsure of what hose it is.

My car is an 09 xf supercharged. 4.2l.
It's an roughly a 3/4" - 1" diameter hose
It runs left to right behind what I believe is an idler pulley or possibly the water pump pulley.

Does any one have a coolant hose diagram. Or know what hose this is? I'm going to try cutting
The bad section out and reclamping. But I want to also get a new hose ordered

Any help is appreciated
