Default 2009 Jaguar XF supercharged rear differential

What are my options other than an exact swap? I'm unclear as to which X250 differentials have the 3.07 rear end and would be a match.

My recollection is that you can't and are in deep do-do.
A few years back there was a large discussion of this problem and my recollection was that finding a good replacement was the only alternative.
Search back through the postings, I believe that is what you will find.
Sorry

You want the exact match. Newer model years used different length half shafts.

What's the problem with your diff? I've just installed a Quaife ATB in mine, several threads about that on this forum, but that's not going to help you if you have a problem with the crownwheel, pinion or housing.

I'm looking for options for replacing it with possibly an earlier rear differential.
