I have a 2009 Jaguar XF premium Luxury with about 109,000 mikes on it. Long story short my engine (4.2L) went bad and I need to buy a new one. Would it be possible to install a 2010 Premium 5.0L engine or would I have to find another 4.2L? Also, if it is possible to use a 5.0, what all would have to be done to make sure it worked properly? Computer, compatability wise, etc. Any thoughts/ suggestions?
