I've got supercharger pulled off it and I have the throttle body off. After pulling the SC looks like there's only three bolts on each side a total of six that hold the manifold place. I got a giant barbell here with a bunch of chain hooked and I'm ready to pull this thing out but we pulled up on it and it was a lot of force and it wasn't coming up but it's loose. Am i missing something here?

Welcome to the forums Carl,

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X250 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

I don't have the Workshop Manual for your model but the Parts Catalogue shows 6 bolts securing the manifolds plus 1 for the heatshield.

I think the OP is trying to remove intake rather than exhaust manifolds.

I've only done it on the V8, but I imagine the V6 is similar: I needed two lengths of 1" square steel tube with holes drilled through and threaded bar going into the original bolt holes on top of the supercharger and the help of a gym buddy to rock it free - the supercharger/intake manifold assembly is mounted onto the engine with a set number of bolts but the supercharger additionally has a pair of interference-fit locator pegs on the bottom and my suspicion is that these can rust into place (especially with coolant pump leaks etc) making removal "tricky" to say the least.

Yes this is now a well known technique called "The Tibbs Method"!

try a pry bar in the front - that's what i did and it popped loose pretty easily. there's actually a tab that seems made for doing so

I just recently saw this too. Here is a picture that might help.
The tab is under the SC snout and you can easily miss it if not pointed out.

See where the extension bar is placed. Look for the black sealant that is pushed out of the joint.

This gets you the leverage needed to pop the snout off the SC itself.
