Hey everyone,

So I’ve had a Polaris White XFR Speedpack for about 4 months and I love everything about it except the Meridian sound system. (I prefer the sound of my Quicksilver exhaust…) It doesn’t suit my taste at all because I only listen to rap and r&b.

It’s the 825w Surround System… the bass is kinda awful and sometimes there’s just a quiet buzzing noise in the background. I’m pretty sure playing music from my phone isn’t helping but I’m not about to burn a bunch of CD’s. When I listen to certain songs or turn the volume up too loud the speakers make a popping noise and the sub is just weak. I’m pretty sure they’re smacking against the speaker grills.

Any advice? I would like add an amp, a sub, and use the LC2i unit for overall better sound quality but I’m not sure if that’ll help or if I should replace all the speakers in the car as well.
