Default 2017 XF Steering column adjustment failure

Hello all!

For no apparent reason at all the adjustable mechanism on my steering wheel appears to have failed. Since it doesn’t move with the driver presets I am assuming that it is a motor failure problem but the fact that it doesn’t move up down or in and out leads me to believe that it’s possibly a fuse somewhere? However I can’t find on any forum or anywhere on the web where the fuse for those motors is located.

Any help is appreciated!!

A 2017 is not an X-250 and you are in the wrong forum. Also, is the car not under factory warranty? If so, don't mess around and let the dealer fix it.
