Default Changing headliner to jet black

Has someone changed his standard grey headlining and all necessary small parts to jet black in a sedan? Is it possible without revoming the rear or front window? What would be the estimated costs at an official dealer?

Sadly there are no used parts on the market, so I would have to buy them from my dealer anyway...

Thanks for an answer and greetings from Italy!

I wanted to, but when i started part shopping i realized how super expensive it would end up being and decided it wasn't worth it. MSRP on the headliner alone is $1800 American. Paying a dealer to install i can't imagine it being under $3500.

Pull it out and take it to a local upholster, probably around $400 and it’s done.
