What version SDD you have, how it was cracked? Sometimes cloned Mongoose could kill modules while uploading SW

I find the team guys incl tech support are the same ,i asked them why the old name change
it is many years old , they said the domain expire.
and I have the Mongoose cable to work with JLR and im very happy with it, special on the new models. Good tool, very simple to use, and makes is job.

but if i turn off IGN, then start the car again. Map not more there, only showing black, but navigation options still can choose, anyone has same issue? Thanks.
I think it's wiring. Try take out IAM and Touchscreen, check blue connector.
Yes checked, blue video LVDS cable is all fine.
As first time start the car is no any problem, if turn off the car, then back on in 5 minutes, map will gone.
and what this will cost me if you do it?
