OEM is the knock off BTW, OE is the "original equipment" from the manufacturer, if that is what you are looking for . Cheapest I saw was $437 https://jaguar.oempartsonline.com/oe...-valve-aj88582
I think the EGR system would be different from make to make regardless if engines are the same scince it's all about running hoses and location within the engine compartment.
