Frankly, I think an SUV range, properly executed, is a brilliant idea. Look what it has done for Porsche. SUVs are profitable and can drive volume to jaguar dealerships and maybe, finally, change jaguar's image for the better. Of course, if jaguar doesn't get it's customer service sorted, it could lose a whole generation of buyers.
