Welcome to the forum Milt,

I've moved your question from S-Type to X250 forum. This is the place for technical posts about your model.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

Another one! Seriously, are these some kind of bots that post these messages??

Let's see who takes the bait on this one. For those new to playing this game, we'll never see this poster again, but that won't stop people from trying to solve what they think is the problem from the cryptic few words of the original post.

Mods, I think you should just delete these posts. There's definitely something fishy going on that must be some sort of lonely teenager's prank.

Well, what kind of post was THAT???

Do you have a leaking gas tank? Are you looking for help with the problem? If so, you might want to provide more information about the car, as well as why you think you have a fuel tank leak, and where you think the leaking fuel is appearing.

GET IT???

if you have a XF with the 5 liter V8 leaking gas, there is a good chance the fuel pump outlet flange is leaking. I have a 2010 XF Supercharged and mine was leaking. Some batches of the early production XFs were actually recalled. I could see the fuel dripping onto to the ground.
