Thank you so much for the reply, I am going to ask the Mechanic to take out the starter and send it for rebuild. The other information is that I put the Delphi OBD reader : the fault code states Engine Control module voltatage supply ( first entry). Should I still take out the starter for rebuild or the ECU needs replacement or checking.

 

Well you always want to make sure the component, in this case the starter is getting what it needs to operate correctly, so the battery and all connections and starter controls need to be verified.
