The attached is the info that Topix has on your car so it looks like it is a 2013 2.2 litre diesel.
I haven't ever owned an XF so don't know too much about them but it looks like the 190PS was only available up until the 2012 MY so I assume it isn't one of those.
What is confusing though is that the spec sheet mentions engine torque of 420Nm but the 163PS seems to have had 400Nm and the 200PS 450Nm so I am none the wiser.
If your car does 0-60 mph in 8 seconds it is a 200PS and if it does it in 9.8 then it is a 163PS
