Default Radiator Hose

Hi, I have a 09 XF supercharged and there is a hose that comes from both of the cylinder heads and meets in the middle and goes down. That hose is leaking and I've been trying to find it for months but can't find it. It's been leaking badly. Please help asap, thanks.
It's the hose coming from the cylinder head

Are you looking for the leak or for the hose?

You can buy a leak detector (it is a dye you put in the radiator and it shows up under UV light) and try that.

Is the T fitting plastic? If so, it might have cracked from over tightening.

I'm looking for the hose and yes you are right a little piece of the t fitting has cracked, but everyone is saying that if you try to replace just the t piece then the hose will get damaged. So I have to replace the whole hose. Please help, and thanks for the fast reply I really appreciate it.
