Default When you buy 20 inch rubber....get the road hazard coverage

I am running Mich PSS. Great tires. Thank goodness I took the road hazard coverage from Discounttire.

I hit an object on the road last night. Looked like about the size of an apple. Made a loud bang off the right front. This morning the tire was flat. Big gash on the inner sidewall. Got it stopped up with a string plug temporarily. 5 Minutes on the phone with Discount and a new one is on its way, no questions asked.

Discount tire let me buy my road hazard 2 weeks after I bought 18" tires for my SUV and installed them.

Same thing happened to me, hit something on the highway that caused 5 holes.

Called them up, they happily agreed to sell me the hazard warranty for the set ($80) 2 weeks later and sent me a new tire. (Tires were $200 each)

No need to return the damaged tire, they even paid for shipping the new tire.

They also treated me excellently for the winter set for the Jag....

Costco includes the road hazard warranty with the sale of the tires, a set of PSS are $1370 out the door at Costco. Costco is open on Sunday.
