ok, after along weeknd of troubleshooting this is what i came up with with help from "xjrguy" fault test. My Ac climate control panel displays these after runnign the test:
#11: In-Car temperature Sensor? on these x300 is that the small sensor on drive side kneeboard under the smal cointray??
#23: Refrigerant Dual pressure switch:
A. refrig-low
B. refrig dual presssure swtich:
1. open circuit, high resistance or short cicuit to B+ voltage
C. high engine temperature in high amibent temperature
#32: Right fresh/Recir feedback otentiometer sensing (wiper) circuit fault
A. opencicuit, high resistance or short cicuit to b+ voltage, short circuit to grd.
ok need help you electronic guys been longgg time sense mess with elcectronics, USAF(com/nav repairman) is some of these things "plug and play"" type electronics?????????? or do i got to break out teh soldeerign iron??

You can test for this - the shop manual describes the steps required.Originally Posted by genoaz

Same thing here - shop manual describes how to test the pressure switch. Do you have manifold gauges to test refrigerant level? It's possible, but not probable that its related to "C" - retest when ambient temps are low, like in the wee hours of the morning (reset the a/c self-test system beforehand).Originally Posted by genoaz

Electronics are all about testing/validating the circuit - it's not a guessing game. Test the circuit - is it within spec?Originally Posted by genoaz

caldercay, dont have manuals, idea where to get some?? I'm going to test the freon again, but geez, ijust evac and repairs, leakign service pots about 1.5 maybe 2 yrs ago, also no evidencie of oily residue aroudn anything, all looks very clean, but going to start with that, then maybe check out the 2 wire binary switch, on the ac line right before it goes into firewall... thx for all your help, will eventually get it narrowed down, slowly but surely
