Plastic shroud on wiper shaft

Hi team,

Anyone have an idea what the part number is for this item? Annoyingly the mechanic lost the part when putting everything back together after changing the cam cover gaskets. The car lives down a tree lined driveway so anything to stop cr@p getting where it shouldn't is good. It's the plastic skirt that sits on the wiper arm shafts at the base of the windscreen. As you can see at least they put one back lol. Try as I might I can't find it in the EPC.

Your local JLR dealer "might" have that. But if you want a universal application, I believe this will suffice

ebay:

Hey that was a great find!
If interested the Jaguar part number is:

Note Jaguar has errors in their parts system and this is another example? Jaguar factory parts shows this to NOT fit my 2014 XJR. However I have that part in front of me and yes it came off my 2014 XJR.
Also it does seem to be extremely high priced at around $22-25 each!

I wanted to thank the inventor of jpart again and again! I found this part in less than 5 minutes.
If you DON'T have jpart for the JEPC consider getting it. The JEPC is still a valuable service document and considering that it's all free there is no reason NOT to have a copy!

For those of us late to the X351 party, where do we get that jpart stuff?

Yes Steve (I think that's his name?) made a great post and take a look for instructions on downloading and using Jpart. Remember that Jpart is the software that allows us to use JEPC without Flash player. So it's two steps. First get and download the JEPC. After that then follow the Jpart instructions to access the information inside JEPC.

Jpart

Works well and allowed us to use JEPC again.
