Replace alternator 2013 xj
 

Does anyone know where I can get instructions on replacing the alternator on my 2013 xj? The manual I downloaded from tradebit doesn’t cover it as far as I can tell. Would the topix subscription service include this? Any tips would be most appreciated.

Go to https://www.alldatadiy.com/ and subscribe for your XJ. I've used this site for all my cars and it's been worth it. I checked and it does cover the R&R of the alternator and the part #. Be aware that the Alternator is made by Denso and doing a search with the Jaguar # will also show the Denso. Jag wants @ $800 and the same part from Denso is @ $350. Good luck.

I'm subscribed to the 2014 Jaguar XJ RWD (X351) V8-5.0L SC edition as when I first subscribed they only had 2012 and it missed a lot of items and repair details. See if they will switch you to my version.
