I have a 1998 XJ8 and for the past few months, the doors all immediately relock whenever the lock *** is pulled to unlock the doors.

Also, the doors relock when the key is put in and turned clockwise and returned to the center position to unlock the door. In this situation, the only way to gain access is to hold the key turned in the clockwise position, pull the door handle and then return the key to center position.

What did I do to cause this and how can it be undone?
