A/C cold only when temp set to very low - normal??

A/C cold only when temp set to very low - normal??
Hello Jagsters,
On the other cars that I have owned, usually the a/c blew cold when I set it at 70-72F, but on the Jag I need to set it to 65F and turn the fan up. Am I low on refrigerant or is this normal??
