Calling Guys (& Gals) In The Know...
So for over 20 years on my jag leather I've used Scuff Master Leather repair from the UK with Gliptone Liquid Leather cleaner and conditioner. Always been happy with it. I liked the fact the products get deep into the leather and do a great job at softening the leather and making it more supple, it doesn't just sit on the leather leaving it greasy feeling doing nothing but mask. One of its biggest selling points was also the fact it left a deep rich smell of leather for a heck of a long time after use which is the only thing our cars should smell of in my humble opinion.
My question as I'm out of Gliptone, its getting expensive, its getting like rocking horse sh*t to find and i haven't tried other products, what products is everyone else using to make the leather supple, clean, conditioned and not smelling like a bad woman's boudoir? Is there anything newer on the market that the forum rates, or should I just stick to what I know and I'm happy with?
Thanks in advance
The good stuff... or is there better??

I have been very pleased with Leatherique products, available online if I recall. There's a gent named Robert Lawson just over into Canada from Niagra Falls who is a distributor. 905-937-2159, leatheriquecanada@computan.on.ca ... I've been using this stuff with great results for 25 years.

In a year in which I manage to remember to do this twice, I count it as a good year. Ergo, it does not need constant refreshing. I usually do it once a year. The product also has a very long shelf life. I'm using bottles I bought probably a decade ago. I'm attaching, I hope, a PDF of the instructions on the use of the product. Hope it helps. I'm clearly a big fan of the stuff. It has a slight pleasant aroma after you've gotten the product into the leather, though I honestly can't say it's something that immediately says "leather." What I care about is how it protects, preserves and restores the leather.
