Daimler XJR LWB, MY 2006.
When I push "Phone" button, I have on the screen message (picture). And this is the end. I cannot nothing to do, only I can go back to the menu, navi etc. Phone is disconnected (no phone was in the car). Battery was unplugged for a long long time, but the message was again on the screen after connecting battery.
I donīt know, how change it (cancel it) to be able connect new BT phone. Thanks for help.

 

This sceen will appear if you try to access the phone controls when a phone is not "connected/paired". My owners manual shows how to set up pairing. If you need the steps, PM me and I can scan and send you the steps. I just got a new phone and had to set it up, and import my contacts. It just takes a few minutes and is very easy.
Now if I try to access my phone before it connects (3 seconds ) after I start the car, I get that screen until it connects (2 seconds).
It has always done that. I just never tried to make a call under 2-3 seconds after starting the car.
