Hey all, I found in a local ad for an 05 XJ super V8 for sale for 16k. It has about 100k miles on it and is in good shape. I've considered purchasing it, but is it really worth that much? They book a little more, but I'm just wondering what you all think. Thanks in advance!

 

That's the best of the series. That sounds like a deal if it works out with a PPI.

 

Be very careful about previous owners. Look at the Car Fax AND Auto Check. Then, if you have a contact at Jaguar, they can pull up the service history. If it has a decent history, that's a great price, provided it is in a good current state of maintenance: tires, oil, wiper blades, battery, etc., all in good shape.
